As of today, for the 2nd round of nesting at Dutch Gap , we have 153
prothonotary warbler eggs in 44 known active nest boxes. Additional nests will
still be added to that total over the next couple of weeks. As one goes from
box to box, the birds' drive for reproduction is palpable. An awesome
phenomenon.
