[va-richmond-general] Ducks and Spring

We built our house 6 years ago and each spring, a pair of mallards shows up
in the same place in our yard. They come every morning and hang around for
about an hour, and then leave. This happens for about a month and then they
don't come any more that year.
They have learned I'll bring them a few bits of bread or some seed and will
wait expectantly for this. This morning they came for the first time this
year - spring is here!
Now it's time to start waiting for the hummingbirds! : )
