[va-richmond-general] Crewe's Channel in Henrico Co, neighborhood swamp in Chesterfield Co.

I birded Crewe's Channel in Henrico Co. today with a friend. It looks like
a prescribed burn was done very recently, as the meadow is blackened rubble.
Highlights were 2 WOOD DUCKS, FIELD SPARROWS, and my FOS BLUE-GRAY
GNATCATCHER. Also seen were RED-HEADED WOODPECKERS, two RED-TAILED HAWKS,
and two BALD EAGLES, one sitting on a nest.

At my neighborhood swamp this afternoon, I found another BLUE-GRAY
GNATCATCHER, RUBY-CROWNED KINGLET, FOX SPARROW, and a GREAT HORNED OWL being
mobbed by AMERICAN CROWS. What a nice day..

Happy Spring Birding,
