[va-richmond-general] Common mergansers/short eared owls

Linda and I saw 4 common merganser drakes, 1 harrier, 2 common loons and 2 
red-tailed hawks on Turkey Island road (2nd pond to the left of the road) off 
of Rt 5 today - mid-afternoon.
Later in the afternoon we saw 3 short-eared owls at Green Springs off of Rt 15 
near Zion Crossroads.
