The VSO website, accessible from the RAS website, has a list of chapters, and 
the Monticello chapter is listed there with a website and email.

Does anyone know of a birding group in the Charlottesville area?  Someone
called RAS to ask if there was any birding organization in that area.  She
doesn't have access to the Internet and I think would like to find people
with whom to talk about birds.
