[va-richmond-general] Re: Canvasback in Byrd Park

Michael,

I also remember that there have been Redheads there this time of year, but I
have a good closeup picture that proves what it is.

I remember there was one there just a couple of years ago, around this same
time of the year.

This morning there was a male Canvasback in breeding plumage mixed in with
male & female American Widgeons and Ring-necks. All the ducks were on the
north side of the paddle boat lake. They were very close to the edge of the
lake at times.
