[va-richmond-general] Boots: Where's a good place?

I forgot that I needed boots and don't have any.  I have a dinner to attend
after work.  Where can I get some affordable, birding appropriate boots
Friday evening?

Saddle up and head out to Ashland to bird the Ashland Trolley Line with Bob
and Linda Cole tomorrow morning, Saturday the 29th of April. Dress for a
chilly morning and wear sturdy waterproof boots. Migrants have been
arriving daily and if the bird is there Linda  will find it, hear it or Bob
will make it up ;-)
