Hello Birders,
A report came in to Richmond Audubon of BLACK-BELLIED WHISTLING-DUCK, behind
the Ukrops grocery store in Bon Air. I went to check it out with a few
others and sure enough there it is. Who knows the provenance, but it is free
flying.
