The Black-bellied Whistling Duck was still present in the pond between
the Stony Point Shopping Center and the Stony Point Office Park this
morning at around 8:00 AM. It was foraging in the grass at the water's
edge behind the right-hand building as viewed from the American Lung
Association parking lot. Last night at around 6:00 it was swimming in
the pond on the other side of Forest Hill Avenue.
