[va-richmond-general] Bird Central

Just topped off the feeders, scattered some cracked corn, warmed up the bird 
baths and threw another log on the fire. The yard is full of birds as the snow 
comes down. 5 male bluebirds love feeding on the ground under the suet, the 
Towhees are feasting on the corn along with Red-winged Blackbirds and the usual 
Junco and White-throated sparrow group. The tube feeder with thistle has not a 
vacant perch and a Brown Thrasher is actually creating a wake as he enjoys the 
warm spa in the bird bath. 
There are some benefits to having a day off mid week.
