Just now, at about 2007 November 30 10:13, I saw a hawk or vulture-like bird way up in the sky. It was black, but it was not like a black vulture, for it had a white head and a white tail with dusty yellow on the tail near the back center of the main part of the bird. Its main part, including the wings, was black. I think it was a bald eagle. I could find no other bird in Sibley and Petersen that matches the appearance of this bird. I ran inside to tell my wife, then went out again. It was gone. Have any of you, especially in the Chester area, seen a bald eagle recently? Jim Blowers
