[va-richmond-general] Bald Eagle

This afternoon while we were driving on Gaskins just north of Quioccasin 
we watched a mature bald eagle drop down on the north-bound lane, scoop 
up a dead critter, and fly off.  There was steady traffic in both 
directions, but its timing was perfect.
