Went down to the flood wall this morning to see the ATFC but no luck. It rained most of the morning but when the weather let up a did spot a few other interesting things from the top of the flood wall: -Spectacularly low fly over by an adult bald eagle -two peregrines kiting over the federal reserve bank building -a Kestrel hunting in the train yard -two American Black Ducks in the river I looked for the Glaucous Gull but didn't spot it. I did see an unusually small gull on one of the old train bridge supports. Couldn't id it. I thought it was a tern at first. It had a white head and gray back. It was to far away to get any other details with binocs.
