[va-richmond-general] Any suggestions?

Someone has called the RAS phone # saying she has a problem with 100's of
birds nesting in a tree in her yard every night.  She didn't say what kind
of bird.  She has to hose down her driveway every morning.  She wants to
know if we could suggest some way to make these birds go away.  Would anyone
have any suggestions I could pass on to her?
