[va-richmond-general] Re: Another Owl Encounter

I can see how car-owl entanglement could be a problem -- too small a sample to draw conclusions from, but this bird seemed to be taking advantage of the illumination from the headlights to spot prey in the road. This was a little-used dead-end residential street, though.
