[va-richmond-general] An Outer Banks Tour in January

I met Jan Beckett at the July Virginia Audubn Council Meeting in
Kilmarnock where she told us about the Northern Neck Heritage Tours. 
They do some wonderful trips.  She and her husband have shared the
itinerary and information about an upcoming trip to the Outer Banks in
January 2004, and are eager for interested folks to join the trip.  
So if you schedule permits and the waterfowl of the Outer Banks are a
temptation, consider a trip where someone else attends to the details.
