[va-richmond-general] A-T flycatcher at Floodwall

I went down to the Floodwall at 3:15 pm today, and I looked but saw only sparrows in the grassy area between the floodwall and the tracks. I'm wondering if I am looking in the right place. I walked directly under Manchester bridge and walked out a hundred feet or so on the floodwall. I am going back on Sunday to look, any suggestions? Thanks, Leeanna Pletcher
