[va-richmond-general] A Chicken

RAS had a call from a woman who found a chicken wandering around her apartment complex. Apparently this was not just any old chicken. This was a small, very nice chicken wearing an ID band. It has been turned over to the animal control people who have promised her that they will not put it down. If they can't find the owner, they will give it to someone who keeps chickens. Her question for us is do we know how to go about reporting the ID on the band, VA63468, to someone to try to find the owner. Does anyone have any information on this?
