Good points, Darby! Homeland Security has asked General Aviation pilots to help
them police the nation's airports, saying "we don't have the personnel to do
it"!
This is obviously a "red herring", i.e., the CBBT employees are using national
security to try to get rid of what they simply see as a nuisance. If they were
so concerned about threats to the tunnels they would close down tunnel no. 1
and stop traffic every time a ship transited the area.
We need to find the right people in the Governor's and Capitol Hill offices to
get this resolved.
