[va-bird] piping plover and least terns, Cape Charles

All,
 

This afternoon we had a single piping plover on the bay side beach about
a half mile south of the town harbor. I have photos if anyone would like
to see them. We also had a pair of least terns fishing in roughly the
same spot a few minutes later, the first of the year of them for me.
