[va-bird] photos of Ruff and Frigatebird

VA Birders,

Joseph and Gwen Gantt got some great pictures of the Ruff at 
Chincoteague and the Magnificent Frigatebird at the CBBT (lucky 
ducks!).  I've posted them on the Virginia Birding website:
