Rich & VA Birders,
I would like to add Amen and Right On to Rich's comment about off-leash
dogs. If we could get the authorities to take action against them and their
law-breaking owners, it would make going out in our parks a more pleasant
experience for the rest of us--including law-abiding dog owners who are
considerate
of others as well as their pets by keeping them on leash and cleaning up after
them.
