[va-bird] nighthawks in SW VA

last evening, driving back from TN, i saw roughly 500 nighthawks along
I-81; the vast majority was within 2 miles of the I-81/I-77S
intersection, foraging over fields west of the road.  there were also
single birds scattered along 460W after i left the highway.
