[va-bird] listserve posting issue

Not to beat a dead horse, but I receive VA-BIRD at both work and at
home. I noticed that I received one message yesterday at work at
1:30pm, and the same message at home at 5:30pm. This makes me think
that problems may have more to do with e-mail providers.
