[va-bird] least bittern, Neabsco Creek

I staked out the Neabsco Creek marsh this morning from 8:15 to 8:45 and was 
rewarded with two least bitterns flying over the marsh.  Other birds seen or 
heard inlcuded king rail (from nearby Metz Wetlands), bald eagle, osprey, 
great-crested flycatcher, eastern kingbird, barn swallow, tree swallow, 
red-eyed vireo, catbird, and yellowthroat.
