[va-bird] kiptopeke hw 24 nov: late SWHA

Bob Anderson and Thuy covered the count on this cool, sunny fall day. Winds
were moderate to light from the west. Likely the same Swainson's hawk as
observed yesterday was seen again today. In addition, I had a close look at a
light, sub-adult Swainson's that I flushed up from a field on the road into
Custis' Tomb while on my bike. This sighting was at about 1550 this afternoon.
This bird seemed to have all the traits of the bird I saw yesterday to make me
say it is the same. Plus, it sounds like the bird that Ned photographed this
morning.
