[va-bird] kiptopeke 22 oct

After a rain our yesterday, some birds were moving today. Nice accip flight for 
most of the morning and early afternoon, most of these were sky high. The 
highlight of the day glided over at 330, a juvenile Golden eagle, the second 
for the season. 
A healthy total of harriers was observed as well.
