[va-bird] dickcissel

A male dickcissel showed us all his beautiful field markings this morning at 
Rappahannock River Valley NWR (Wilna Tract). This is our second sighting- the 
first was a month or so ago. Does anyone know if they are expanding their 
range? Or, did this one make a wrong turn during migration?
