[va-bird] coots

First of all this report is not from Va. and is not of a rare bird.  Just a 
curious sighting from the other side of the river.  At the mouth of the 
Anacostia river, where it enters the Potomac,  at James creek marina I 
watched a pair of coots feeding near shore.  Just seemed kind of late or 
early for them.
