[va-bird] Re: Wind Turbine Hearing, Mar 13 & 14

Paul,

I appreciate seeing this announcement along with suggested talking points for those who may wish to voice their opinion to the State Corporation Commission. As you said, the decision on these wind turbines may impact Virginia birds and birding here, so why is this topic inappropriate for civil discussion on this list?
