[va-bird] Willis Wharf and CBBT (eastern shore)

My family stopped at the Willis Wharf mudflats and the Chesapeake Bay 
Bridge-Tunnel yesterday.  We visited these places around 2pm to 4pm.

Willis Wharf:

Marbled Godwit (~20)
Greater Yellowlegs (1)
Willet (~15)
Hooded Merganser (3)
Red-breasted Merganser (5)
Forster's Tern (>10)

There was a flock of shorebirds that disappeared before an ID was made.

CBBT:

Common Loon (2)
Northern Gannet (3)
Great Cormorant (>30)
Brant (>10)
Common Eider (6 in partial male breeding plumage)
Harlequin Duck (3 (1 male, 1 imm. male, 1 female) at Island 4 and 1 (female) 
at Island 3)
White-winged Scoter (1 male at Island 3)
Black Scoter (~100)
Surf Scoter (~2000)
Long-tailed Duck (3)
Red-breasted Merganser (>10)
American Oystercatcher (2)
