VA BIRDers,

 

I scoped the previously reported White Pelican from Pohick Regional Park at
about 330pm today.  The bird was sitting in some cattail stubble a couple of
100 yards east of the opening of Accotink Creek into the same named bay.
Kudos to Bill McGovern for finding and reporting this bird.
