[va-bird] Virginia Rail at Bles Park, Ashburn (Loudoun)

I finally got to finish the walk I started yesterday. The Bobolink and
bitterns were nowhere to be found, but I did hear a Virginia Rail this
morning. Other new arrivals included a singing Warbling Vireo by the
river, one or two singing Prairie Warblers, and three Orchard Orioles.
