As I was leaving work today, I spotted a flock of 24 Tundra Swans flying
overhead. They were heading directly toward Snickers Gap,
where we had our first flock of 8 on Sunday.
Although they were rather low, owing to traffic noise etc, I didn't hear them
calling.
Recent postings from friends in Minnesota tell that they are quite numerous up
there already, so it's nice to see that a few are
also heading our way.
