[va-bird] Vacationing at Virginia Beach ? need help finding birds

Hello VA Birders,
I?m an avid birder trapped on a family vacation to Virginia Beach. I will be there next week (1st wk of August). I?m looking for some good places to bird. I know that this is not the best time of year to find birds, so I?ll be happy with what I get. I am planning a trip up to Chincoteague, so some help on that area would also be good, with some places along the way. Also need places to sneak off to that aren?t too far.
