[va-bird] Tundra Swan at River Bend Park

We spotted a single Tundra Swan on the Potomac up river from the River Bend 
visitor center while on a walk yesterday (Feb. 18). Also, while checking the 
river and islands from the boat launch area, we saw two Turkeys fly from one 
small island to the larger island that is just upriver from the boat launch 
area.
