[va-bird] Tundra Swan?

Good morning!
        Has anyone been able to identify the swan that has been in the
impoundments above Chain Bridge?  I saw it on 5/20, 5/23 and this morning.
Another birder reported having seen a tundra swan on 5/15 at the same
site. Unfortunately, although I always have my binoculars at hand as I
cross the bridge, on these dates traffic has not been heavy enough (if you
can believe it!) to afford me the opportunity to use them.
