[va-bird] Tree Swallows

I live at The Summit, a residential retirement community which opened in 2003
Tree Swallows have used nest boxes near the lake in 2003 and 2004.  On Feb. 22
I observed one Tree Swallow over the lake - this is a much earlier date than 
the
last two years.
