[va-bird] Tony Decker in failing health.

Louise Tilson told me Thursday night that Tony Decker, a prominent VSO member 
and Virginia state birder, has been moved to a nursing home in Marion, Va after 
having spent two weeks at Bristol Welmont Hospital.  She says he is not doing 
well and everyone is deeply concerned.  He was injured when he fell and struck 
his head and was hospitalized.   Pray for his well being.
