[va-bird] Sunrise Valley Park

I visited a cold and windy but sunny Sunrise Valley Park in Reston, Va. this 
morning about 8:30 a.m.  Most of the usual players were present and highlights 
included the two ever present Red-shouldered Hawks, 3 Fox Sparrows, Swamp 
Sparrow, Brown Thrasher, numerous Robins and 4 pairs of Canada Geese on the 
pond.  The two Phoebes seen earlier this week were not present.
