Hi Birders,
Did some early am birding at Ivy Creek Natural Area in Charlottesville
this morning and saw a Summer Tanager and several Yellow Rumps in full
breeding plumage. Back home in Madison about 7:30 pm, saw the 1st Ruby
Throat of the year at our feeder (last year 1st one was on the 19th),
and saw our 1st Chimney Swifts (est. 50).
