A few members of the BBBC went out to Stumpy today with Tom and I. I was
hoping last nights thunder storms would have brought some migrating birds
down for awhile. From yesterday's outing we were able to see a few more
Warblers: Black & White and hear the Ovenbird. Wood Thrush were singing from
the wooded areas and Summer Tanagers :-). Another Vireo was added: Red-eyed.
Also we were very pleased to see a Red-headed Woodpecker. A total of 51
species of birds were seen by the group.
