Thanks for your input on this subject. I note that Ring-necked Pheasant is
shown on the VSO checklist published in November 1998 - is that the most
current version? I recently purchased the checklist for Virginia's
South-Central
Piedmont, published in December 2006 and it is highly skeptical on the
subject of the species in the covered area, which includes Amelia.
