[va-bird] Snickers Gap, 10/22/02

Hi birders,

A rather nice day at Snickers, but a bit brisk with the easterly winds.  Good 
cloud
cover until about 3:00 (EDT) then the blank blues hit us and the birds flew 
higher
and life was not so good.  However it was a pretty birdy day:

BE - 1 adult (last bird of the day)
OS - 2
NH - 10
SS - 23
CH - 5
RS - 7
RT - 69
GE - 1 adult
UA - 2
UR - 1

TOTAL - 121

Manning the watch with me was Jen Folts; Ralph Wall came up and visited
for several hours also.  Good company.

Coverage was from 9:00 - 5:30 bird time; weather was pleasant with some mist,
cloud cover excellent until about 4:00 (bird time) with easterly winds.
