I visited the PW landfill again late this morning, hoping to find a Glaucous
Gull. Unfortunately, I could find NO sign of one, or any other white-winged
gull.
Despite the fact that there were twice as many gulls present as when I
visited the landfill last week, I could only find one meidum-sized black backed
gull (rather than the 4 I found last time): an adult Lesser Black-backed Gull.
NO Californias.
The Peregrine has been replaced by a Kestrel.
