Greetings,
On 5-28 I hiked 4.5 miles east (one way) from the Skyline Drive at Milam Gap
(near Big Meadows) along the Laurel & Mill Prong trails & Fork Mtn. road and
saw or heard the following Birds. The best bird was a BROWN CREEPER east of
Hoover Camp. 54! redstarts were heard singing. Surprisingly no cuckoos were
heard. All hemlocks were either sick or dead.

Greetings all,

I'm currently visiting Virginia Beach on an extended memorial weekend and am

hopeful that some of you could give me some spots for a few target species I

would like to observe on my stay.

Can anyone point me to where I can find these following birds, I'm able to
drive a couple hours from Virginia Beach.

Swainson's Warbler
Kentucky Warbler
Red-headed Woodpecker

I would be very grateful for any information, thanks!

Hey y'all, I'm going to Garrett County, Maryland this weekend to try to see
Golden-Winged Warblers, Black Billed Cuckoo and Upland Sandpiper. I know
where to see the Upland Sandpipers, but does anyone know the best place to
see Golden-Winged Warblers and Black-Billed Cuckoo. Also, does anyone know
how to get to Old Legislative Road in Frostburg, Maryland because I want to
see Henslow's Sparrows and I lost directions to this place. Any suggestions
would be appreciative. Thanks!

Daniel
