[va-bird] Sharp-shinned hawk at bird feeder Zion Crossroads

I just had a sharp shinned hawk screech into my birdfeeder area and snag a
junco in a shower of feathers. She(female adult) is out there eating it now.
Unlike the red shouldered hawks that come for suet several times a day, the
crows are realy bothering her. I guess size does matter. She pulled a feather
from the wing of one, although it flew away and is coming back for more.
