[va-bird] Rufous Hummer seen today

I observed the Rufous Hummer in the Ripley Garden in DC this morning for 
about ten minutes starting at  10:50am.  She was quite active, flying from one 
low 
bush to another, pausing only for a short time at each perch. She did not 
visit the feeder while I was there and flew off after ten minutes.  What a 
treat!
