I was looking at the surfbirds web site today at saw this picture (link
below) of a Ruff, taken at Chincoteague NWR August 4, by Stephen J. Davies
(2005 ©). I don't know the photographer, but I had not seen it reported
previously and am posting this to those who might be interested.
