After visiting the hummers in DC I stopped by Riverbend Park in Fairfax
Co. this afternoon. The river was very high submerging the boat ramp,
the riverside path, and a lot of the picnic area. Birds of note were six
sparrow species, a pair of Eastern Bluebirds, and a Tundra Swan flying
very high overhead hooting a very clear kloo, kloo, kloo.
